Midtown buildings often require vendor insurance, a certificate on file, and a reserved freight slot. Some only release large lots after 6 p.m. Free commercial pickup already includes after-hours office cleanouts; Midtown is where that clause gets used.
We do not invent relationships with Rockefeller Center tenants or named Midtown corporations. The geography is useful because the office address is on Avenue of the Americas. The customers are whoever books a pickup.

Keep the two addresses separate. Headquarters remains 996 Belleville Turnpike, Kearny, NJ 07032. Processing happens at Tech Recyclers facilities, including the Kearny yard and the Gatesville, Texas campus. The Midtown office is for New York presence and coordination.
If a building manager asks where equipment is taken, the honest answer is a scheduled pickup to our facilities — not “around the corner on 7th Floor.”
What a Midtown building manager usually asks
They ask for insurance, a time window, and whether the crew can use the freight elevator without blocking tenants. Have those answers ready when you inquire. We use the existing contact path and the existing phone number. There is no invented Midtown dispatch line.
They also ask where the equipment goes. The correct answer is a scheduled pickup to Tech Recyclers facilities. It is not “processed on 7th Floor.”
